Barb is a wonderful team member as she can be relied upon to focus on the task at hand, making sure her client is safe and engaged, making sure the horses assigned to her are well cared for, and participating in pre-session briefings and post-session briefings with intelligent, useful feedback. Her creativity in how she works with her assigned clients has been evident in how she kept them engaged in the process even under challenging circumstances. She accepts supervision readily, and engages in a dialogue for determining the best possible way forward with her clients and horses. I never have to worry about what Barb is discussing with her clients because she has both common sense and understands the therapeutic process. Barb is a caring person who arrives with a positive, can-do attitude to each session, and strives to provide a positive experience for her clients and other team members.
