Please join us for a dynamic weekend as we reintroduce our most ancient social process, the circle.  The circle, or council, is an ancient form of meeting that has gathered human beings into conversations for thousands of years.

The Circle Way, has the ability to transform meeting spaces into creative gatherings that bring us into deep listening, authentic sharing and creative problem solving.  The Circle Way framework builds a healthy collaborative environment out of which positive relationships can be forged.  Challenging topics can be wrestles with respectfully within the guidelines of the circle conversation.  The Circle Way can be successfully used within a wide variety of settings.
